A Polish librarian said to be obsessed with Hannibal Lecter is being hunted by police across Europe after he allegedly decapitated his languages tutor with a samurai sword.  Kajetan Poznański, 27, from Warsaw, has no previous criminal record but is now listed by European-wide police network Europol as one of the EU’s most-wanted men.
